We believe in making fashion affordable and accessible. That’s why we offer free worldwide Standard Shipping on all orders over $120.

For orders under $120, standard shipping fees will apply based on your region.
Please note: We currently do not offer expedited or express shipping options.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Delays may occur due to payment issues, incomplete addresses, or peak season volume. If so, we'll notify you via email.

Shipping Partners

Current Warehouse Update

We’re currently moving to a larger warehouse to better serve you. During this transition, some shipments may experience slight delays. Once the move is complete, product prices will increase.

Sizing Note

To ensure the best fit, orders will include items two sizes larger by default unless specified otherwise during checkout.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.
  • Weston Milan is not liable for customs-related delays or fees.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be sent via email once your order ships.
  • Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, reach out immediately after purchase.
  • Cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
  • If shipped, the order will need to be returned instead.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. We are not liable for shipments sent to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Exceptions

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Natural disasters
  • Remote delivery locations

Address Modifications

Once an order is placed, address changes cannot be guaranteed. If needed, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, rerouting may not be possible.

Pre-Orders

If you order a pre-order item along with in-stock items, your entire order will ship once all items are available. Split shipping is not currently supported.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Invalid/incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to pay customs fees

International Shipping Restrictions
